How to configure your password recovery with your E-mail or SMS
1) Open a web browser and connect to https://www.cloudbizz.com/connect-to-cloudbizz/
2) Click on “Account locked or forgotten
your password”
3) Introduce your Login and your Cloudbizz Password
4) Click on 
5) Introduce your Mobile Number and/or your emergency mail address and click on « Update »
If you receive an « Alert » when you introduce your mobile number, it means that your number is not valid.
You
must introduce your mobile number in the international format (+32)
If you
receive an « Alert » when you introduce your mail address, it means
that your mail address is not valid.
How to reset your password
1) Open a web browser and go to our webiste : https://www.cloudbizz.com/connect-to-cloudbizz/
2) Click on “Account locked or forgotten your password”
Click on « Reset Password »
4) Introduce your Cloudbizz Username,
then introduce the code that you see on the page and click on « Continue »
5) Choose the verification option (E-mail / SMS) and click on « Continue »
Verify the E-mail
address or the Mobile number and click on « Continue »
7) You should receive an E-mail or a SMS with a code (depending on the method that you’ve chosen)
8) Introduce the code that you received and click on « Continue »
9) To finalize, introduce your new
password by paying attention on the password requirements
How to unlock your account if it is locked
1) Open a web browser and go to our
webiste https://www.cloudbizz.com/connect-to-cloudbizz/
2) Click on “Account locked or forgotten your password”
1) Click on « Unlock Account »
Introduce your Cloudbizz username
and enter the code that you see on the page and click on « Continue »
3) Choose the verification option (E-mail
/ SMS) and click on « Continue »
Verify the E-mail
address or the Mobile number and click on « Continue »
5) You should receive an E-mail or a SMS with a code ( Depending on the method that you’ve chosen)
6) Introduce the code that you received and click on « Continue »
7) To finalize, just click on « Unlock Account »
